You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights to the content you create, upload, or publish on Draftingboard.

By uploading content to the Draftingboard platform, you explicitly represent and warrant that you own the copyright and publishing rights to the work, and that the work does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Safe Harbor

Draftingboard respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by a user on our platform, please use the "Report this work" feature on the specific work's page, or follow the takedown process in our Content Policy.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content suspected of infringement, and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers at our sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Draftingboard acts merely as a platform for writers to create and share their work. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee the legality of user-generated content. You agree that Draftingboard shall not be liable for any damages resulting from copyright infringement or any other dispute arising from user content.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.
